First of all, always make sure you type in a correct e-mail address to respond to.
We do our best to respond to all your messages as fast as we can. If you do not get any answer from us in 3 working days, please try to send it again.
If you cannot get any message from us after trying several times, then your e-mail service provider may be blocked in ours because somebody has misused your provider to send spam. Please provide us with/write us from an e-mail from a different e-mail provider.
Holders of RealityCapture ENTERPRISE and RealityCapture PGM licenses with active maintenance are entitled to priority technical support. Please do make sure you write us from the e-mail your license is assigned to, otherwise your message will be automatically evaluated by our system as of lower priority.
Reporting license issue:
We need to be provided with the e-mail which the license is assigned to and, if you own more of them, also the license name (https://www.capturingreality.com/my.licenses).
Including this information in your message will speed up the solving process.
