If you cannot find an email with confirmation code for the account migration to Epic Games account, please try to:
- Check the account email address
- confirmation code is sent to the email address assigned to your legacy account, not the Epic Games account. You can check which account you are actually migrating here.
- Check the spam/junk/promotions/updates folder in your inbox
- the confirmation code is sent automatically, therefore it might be, in some cases, treated as spam. Please try to check all your inboxes in your email client.
- Use an option to Resend confirmation code
- Contact our support team
- if none of the tips above helped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the details about the account you are migrating (email, Steam ID).
