Links in the program using default browser

Would be nice if links provided in messages of the program would actually use the default system browser.
In my case, always the Internet-Explorer opens...

    It's nice to have a link to the new features on the new version notice bar.

    But RC still does not use the default browser, which is not IE in my case.

    Could you please implement this standard behaviour?
