Is there any info on what payment options there are wtihout actually going through the process?
I assume there aren't any retailers in e.g. Germany yet, so how does it work in terms of vat?

  If you're in the EU (ie Germany), Slovakia is too so I'm assuming VAT would be discounted for business to business purchases (since each buyer can't go and claim like 20 Euro's VAT refund in Bratislava), but I'm not sure.

  There is Paypal, credit cards, bank transfer as payment.
