    Are you imported the OBJ from external application and trying to reproject new txtrs ?

    No. It a model built with CR.

    Need use UNWRAP tool where can set proper UV count and texture size, up to 16k

    then can eventual export a single txtr on OBJ export settings ( up to 65k x 65k ) its just put all UVs to single UV space = texture

    I'm still having problems with this. I tried another project which seems to only export as 8k, even though I'd asked for 16k. Having used 'unwrap' I get a grey texture, not the correct one, but also at the wrong size. Can you confirm the workflow please (simplified here):

    ALIGN > BUILD > TEXTURE > UNWRAP > MESH

    I've selected 16K in the 'Maximum Texture Size' under Settings and then 16K after MESH.

    I must be doing something wrong?

    if use export from ZB then delete TEXTURE what come out from ZB, it somehow mess with settings set in RC.
    = make folder, say OBJ, and copy only OBJ + MTL there NOT the txtr...

    I don't follow. I'm not using ZB. The problem is when using CR only. Have I got the correct workflow? Is there a setting that I'm missing perhaps?

    when you use UNWRAP and set 16k as txtr size it will create 16k map.

    have not set on OBJ EXPORT dialogue SINGLE TEXTURE and set 8k res there ??


    can post some screens on the workflow ? as it look you not do something properly...
