Why cant I export?

I recently paid for the promo version of reality capture, but still can't export more than a mesh image or a video. Can you help?

Please check if your license has been switched from Demo to Promo: https://www.capturingreality.com/my.licenses

you have bought a PROMO version but have you INSTALLED the PROMO version? Because, according to what you say, it looks like you still have the DEMO version installed.
