    Hi Thomas Van Damme
And when you run it with full resolution UNWRAP, do you still get the same issue ?

Hi Wishgranter, you mean with texel size set to 0.000252?

In case you mean that; I haven't tried it yet, but in the past I had RC crash (earlier build though) when running at that small texel size.

    Hi Thomas Van Damme
if it is possible, try higher texel value than you use now, now you have 0.25 cm. try to set it to 0.10 cm. use FILTERING and just use APPLY, it will create a secondary model where you can set higher texel resolution.. So you can keep the already textured model and do tests on another model with new texture settings...

Ok will give that a shot - all the other settings I can keep as they are?

No need to change them. Test it step by step...
Is there enough overlap of cameras = enough data for the textures ?

Yeh definitely enough overlap, will try and process with 0.001 texel size overnight!

Ok well I tried with fixed texel size set to 0.001 (everything else left unchanged), and the result is more or less the same, with the same areas affected (processing just took significantly longer) so the texel size doesn't seem to be causing the issue. Educated guess on what I should try changing next? Large triangle removal threshold? Gutter size?

Thomas, were you ever able to get that blob issue resolved? I am having the same issue. Thanks.
