    Hello Bill,

do you have this problem with all models? Do you have stable internet connection? Can you also please check your Sketchfab account if the model is not there? Sometimes it can happen that the model is uploaded successfully but the application cannot get the response from the server so this error comes up. Similar issue was reported here:

    Hi Zuzana,

Yes, I have the problem with all models. My internet is stable, but very slow. I also have problems uploading to 4DMapper. I have no problems uploading to Sketchfab using the UPLOAD button on their site. My FTP also works fine for uploading files.

    Hi Zuzana,

It is not a problem for me to use the Sketchfab upload. It seems to be the quickest upload method of the ones I have tried. I also have an inexpensive utility, AccuTrans 3D, that I use to change the model from Z-up to Y-up before upload.

This happens to me as well.

Internet is fine. Username and password is fine.

The most annoying thing is that is corrupts the model file and I have to recalculate it.

    Hello samuelab.

what version and license of RC do you use? Does the same error message show up as in the original post? Do you have this problem with all models?
