I would like to ask how should I know if the models are correctly reconstructed. I still consider myself a novice on RealityCapture, so I do not know much on how things work.
I have been fully aware that during the alignment, there is some randomness involved, and this somehow affects the reconstruction of the model (at least on my case). That is, every time I align the same set of images, I get a totally different model (I have also read here in the Community that I need to delete the components reconstructed beforehand, because the software uses this alignment data to the newer components). How will I know then which model is correct? I am trying to measure heights using the outputs of RC, so a changing value on every alignment is a bit of a problem.
Edit: In addition, when a component is made, and realign the images using the same images but never deleting the first component, I do not receive a new component. So my assumption here is, the component is as accurate as it gets. Again, when I delete the first component, and realign the images, I get a totally different model.
Thank you in advance.
