could you please do some decent video tutorials about the more advanced features that are repeatedly discussed here? (no computer voice or music in the background) - just some well made howto videos?

Compared to other products on the market you have by far the most options to customize the process - and by far the worst documentation for it. Video Tutorials that moderate the process from start to finish and explain some details and pitfalls would help so much
