Fully registered E57 file from RecapPro doesn't load correctly in RealityCapture.

Did anyone runs into this issue before ?

I've fully registereda project in Autodesk Recap Pro, then exported it to an E57 file but it doesn't load correctly in RealityCapture.

Is that something related to release on both side that are not supported by each other ?

  Hi,
  please excuse our late response.
  Can you please specify the problem with loading in more detail? What do you mean that it is not loaded correctly? Does any error message show up? Can you please post a screenshot from the app and import settings that you used? Thank you

  Hello,
  there have been some issues with e57s lately, some of them should be fixed in the new release soon. Until then and from my personal experience I highly recommend you to use PTX instead. It is almost issue less for a long time.
