    Google what mean "Non-manifold"

    Fix it in Zbrush.

    Hello dear user,

Please use our Clean model tool in the Reconstruction tab to fix such issues, it is a topological problem which could cause more issues further on.

Thank you but I will lost the UV if I clean the model in RC.

I am not sure how to fix this non-manifold edges in ZBrush, so I may need another tool.

Well suntchan cleaning non manifolds in the mesh will always ruin your Unwrap and you will have to make a new one, although you can do it fast in RealityCapture again and reproject the texture to the new clean model.

RC is not very good for UV, that's why I do them in ZBrush. And RC also makes triangles, ZBrush make quads.

Well then it is up to you and I believe you will have to clean the topology defects out of RC then.
