Dear Realtiy Community,
I experimented with some shots of horizontal textures. I used a DSLR with 24mp, ISO 100, VR Image Stabilisation, 35mm on a NIKON AF-P DX für Nikon F-Mount, 18 mm - 55 mm, f/3.5–5.6
I took 144 shots with a tripod, each 20cm in roughly 90cm above ground.
Now I am wondering why there are so many incomplete areas of reconstruction.
The alignment looks very steady.
At first I used the standard alignment settings and reconstruction in normal detail. This is the result after texturing:
After I got this result I changed the alignment setting to Overlay: High, and image features to 100000 instead of 40000. I got this result. Still, there are some big holes in the reconstructed mesh.
I would be very happy about any suggestions what to do, what to try to further improve quality of the mesh. ;-) I have not tried to reconstruct in high detail, because from other examples I know that it would reconstruct more then 12h on my PC. For now I am looking for the best version of normal detail. ;-)
Thank you very much and best regards,
