    Hello dear user,
please follow the workflow below if you wish to add more images and keep the position of the cameras and the transformation and scale of the model.

    1. Calculate non-georeferenced component from the set A.

    2. Export XMPs as locked for these cameras, which preserves the calculated absolute position of the cameras in the local system.

    3. Open new project, load the images again (XMPs are loaded automatically) and run alignment again. The alignment should be quick because the parameters are already loaded from XMPs and not calculated again and the result should be GEOREFERENCED component, in the local coordinate system.

    4. Then you can load another set of images (without any prior position) and align again. The cameras from the first run should preserve their position and the position of the cameras from the second batch should be calculated in the same coordinate system as the first component. The result should be again georeferenced component.

    5. Now you can export your model, but watch out! You will have to export it using Project output coordinate system instead of default Grid plane option.

    Hello Erik,

thx so much for your detailed and precise answer.

Sad thing to mention: RC reports that my license is restricting the XMP export.

Do you know of any workaround?

Which kind of license would I require to do so?

    Best,

    Stefan

Pleasure is mine. Well then any of: PPI, PGM, CLI, Enterprise licenses.
I don't think there would be a workaround as Steam does not allow georeferencing and tools related to it.
