Unable to Switch from PPI License to 1-Month CLI License

I was previously using PPI, but I just purchased a 1-Month CLI License that I'm trying to activate. However, RC won't let me switch from the PPI to the CLI License. Whenever I open RC, it automatically goes into the PPI license. How do I activate and switch to the 1-month CLI License that I just purchased?

  Hi,

  please navigate to WORKFLOW tab - Application - Settings - Licenses and choose "Change application owner". Then you need to sign in and choose the CLI license.

  You will be asked to restart the application afterward.

  Hi Zuzana,

   

  Thank you for the prompt reply. I was able to successfullyactivate the one-month CLI license.

   

  However, I'm now unable to open up previous projects that I've already created models for. When I try to open up a previous project, I get the error message, "Cannot load the project that was locked to another machine" (Attached is an image of the error message). I have over 10 projects that took many hours for alignment and reconstruction. How can I open up previous projects using my new CLI license?

  Hello,
  PPI projects cannot be open in other license types, so in order to continue in them you would have to use the PPI or recreate them in your CLI license.
