Texturing issue

I am having texture issue. After colorize model looks great then i add a texture and it turns to shit.

I come from using Metashape, so i think i am doing something wrong..

  Hello dear user,
  could you please try this again with unwrap settings as such?
  
  In your case this seems to be a badly done unwrap. Probably due to the distortion of the mesh, which is visible on the image. These settings could help.
