I would like to slice my high poly mesh into 3 pieces.
The problem is that once I select manual "region" and use "filter selection" the process jumps to a new model and my selection is removed when I go back to original model.
Is there a way that my manual selection is not removed after "filter selection" operation? that would be easier to cut model into equal pieces.
New model and my selection is already removed.
I go back to the original model and I have to setup everything again.
It would be great to have "multi selection tool" that slices model into couple pieces, then I could unwrap them all and texture again/reproject texture onto decimated models.
