Define Parts and their size precisely for export

Hi there
I am working on a very big scan for a facade that will be 3d printed. In order to get a reasonable file and printing size I would have to define the grid for the parts that will be exported. Any ideas how to do this in RC right away?

  If you export a reconstruction region, you can create customized ones by adjusting the values in the file.

  There is no automatic function for that kind of thing as far as I am aware...

  So if I understand correctly I can adjust the coordinate values of the reconstruction box? The reconstruction region has to be exact otherwise they won't fit in reality.

  Yes, you can. Select the rec-region and go to Reconstruction - Tools - Info Panel, there you have the info.

  Using the exported file you can do it semi-automatic though...
