    Hi DottScott1,

The steam License no longer supports geo-referencing or XMP export as of 13thFeb 2020.

There are a couple of other ways you can export camera alignment, and these features are enabled in the steam license with an agreement to share some of your data, which is more clearly explained in a pop-up.

Firstly you can use Export - Registration in the Alignment Ribbon, this gives you a number of different formats to save your cameras positions and orientations. Or you can go to Export - Model in the Reconstruction ribbon, and if you choose either FBX, or ABC formats, you will have the option to save your cameras with the model.

If you would like to upgrade your license to include XMP export it is included in all of our non-steam license models PPI, PGM, and the new ENT license.

Thanks for the response, Wallace. Was having trouble finding that info online.

Now I just need to find tutorials or information on using different image sets with the same registration (locking camera positions) output so I can use it for a rig I'm trying to build/test. If you or anyone else could point me in the right direction for that, it'd be greatly appreciated. So far I'm just finding the XCMP workflow for that.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there is not a workflow to preserve the coordinate system of a rig on a steam license, as although you can export your flight log, you will not be able to import it to a new project. You will need to upgrade your license for this functionality.
