Option to show a northarrow on Orthopicture export

An option to activate a north arrow on the orthographic image.

In the Mapwizard as well as in the normal orthomode simply check a box "North Arrow" to activate a north arrow. (Maybe also for degree display)

I use the orthographic images without GPS coordinates and must always estimate afterwards how I rotate them, currently I do not rotate the ortho image at all so that I always have it in the direction of north or south.
But this leads to the fact that I often have a lot and large unusable areas in the model. (I mainly use the Mapwizard)

  Hi,

  we have a feature request "advanced possibilities for defining output ortho resolution" where a north arrow is mentioned as well as a scale bar, I will add you to that feature request to up the priority. If anyone else would like this feature please leave a comment here.
