Academic license not showing up

I was approved for the academic license and I created an Epic Games account on the email I used for the Declaration of Use but the license is not showing up in the MyReality section nor in the app.

  sorry for my late response.

  Are you logging in  with Epic Games account or are you using old MY account credentials?

  Same here; I also was approved for the academic license and I also created an new Epic Games account on the email I used for the Declaration of Use but no license is showing up in the MyReality section.
