Combination of laser scans and UAV images
Hello,
I have a problem to combine this two cloudpoints. I have photos and registred pointcloud from scanner. After alignment there are allways two (and more) components and I have to use control points to join it together. But after joinment there are visible differences between cloudpoints in one common cloudpoint (two walls for example). Is it depend on number of control points?
If I use georeferenced data (pointclouds) will it be better? Or I have to use some other alignment settings? Are there some general settings or it is different for each project?
Thank you for the answer,
Ondrej

Yes, they were orderered.
I solved this problem using tie points. But when I exported the point cloud, it was changed. There were different distances between points, but not on the whole model. In some parts of model were correct distances, in other not.
Can it be caused, because I used existing orientation of images?
What is the main pointcloud for combination? Images or scans?
Thanks
