CLI - select component and texture ?

I have a few models that I prepared for texturing and I would like to run all the texturing at once using CLI. Is this possible ?

Ideally I would need the "select component by name" and "select model by name" command. Then I can use the "texture current model" command.

  It would also be quite useful if all imported models came in with the actual file name, instead of  "Model #". Thanks
