Good day everyone, I have a problem with exporting file from Capture Reality to Revit error " textures and colored mesh failed" what should I do?

    what version of RealityCapture do you use and exactly which file format?

    capturereality2018 i just bought it, couple days ago and I want to export CR file to Revit, and i get an error "textures and colored mesh failed"

    About the file format, I'm trying to export to fbx format. Alighnment, normal detailing and when I mesh it I get an error "texture and colored mesh failed"

    Can you please share some details about your model and the screenshot of the model parameters from Selected model(s) table in the 1Ds view? How was your model created? Can you please share a screenshot of the export parameters? Thank you.
