Have the names for markers changed?
AnsweredHas the latest update altered the names RC gives to detected markers?
If so, why was this done? I went to the bother of making scales with the correct numbers next to each target, and now the in-program names do no longer match those names. Why oh why???

Ah, I see that these are now "legacy markers" and will be removed. At least please keep them in for a long time! Otherwise, you punish those in the community who try to make the most of the program, not just for themselves but also for others.

And although the targets get detected, they still get the new names.
Thanks for nothing! -
Hello mallison,
detect markers tool is still implemented as an experimental version. There were some issues that markers were not detected correctly in the previous version therefore we need to change the marker types generated in RC as well to ensure more stability of the detection. We have added legacy marker types in order to enable detection of the previously generated markers.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks for the reply.
My markers always worked well, and still do (whether I choose legacy or circular single ring 20 bit). What is annoying is the new names: the identical markers now have different names than before.
