Error after redefine distance, model doesn't change scale (Red triangle one constraint)
AnsweredHi there... i have a simple project with 143 pics taken with a phantom 4 pro, basically is a building and i took a double grid pics from the top and some pics form the front and side of the building (always with my uav)
1) Align images done perfectly
2) Added 4 control points (i used real targets placed on the ground) alligned in more than 45pics each.
The problem show up as soon as i try to define a distance between 2 target, for example i know that the target distance is 10m but the RC calculated distance is 10.6m so i have a big difference, even in Z axis (Height).
If i press update after put the new defined distance, the new component doesn't change... the calculated distance still 10.6 and a red triangle show up in the constraints.
I know that could be a gps offset but the same picture files used in PIX4D project generate a point cloud scaled correctly with a accuracy off less than 3/4 cm.. and once i define a distance the model, after the update and re-align, it match all the distance between all the target...
I assume that the tie point generated are in the right proportions and also the computed points cloud.
Is it possible to achieve the right scale just with the defined distance?
How can i disable the gps info in order to do the new update and re-align without considering the gps info?
is that the right workflow?
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!
Ps. RC version: 1.0.3.6310 RC.
Computer: Cpu XEON 2630v3 ram 64gb ecc ddr4 video Nvidia quadroM6000 12Gb
UPDATE 1: in settings i disable the gps info and i get a better result. I put a defined distance between 2 target on axe X end after the update and re-align, the distance it been changed and now is correct.
Than i put another constraint in axe Y but after the update and re-align it didn't change the distance.
