    Hello Lorenzo,

    the orange lines represent the residuals between prior and calculated positions from your images. The residuals are quite large and it seems that the prior positions are not correct. I assume that this confuses RC in ground plane definition. However, you can manually rotate ground plane (via Reconstruction tab - Define Ground Plane). Since your scene is georeferenced, it is just a display issue. If you do not want to use camera priors, you can disable them in the Alignment settings and align again.

    Same problem.. P4pro georeferenced image. Turn exif GPS on or off give some time a pointcloud rotated or flipped.. Happens sometimes draft correctly oriented, and normal alignment not! Same satting! Very strange... Maybe help deleting component and restart alignment.. Time consuming,!!
