    I guess I figured out the issue:

    - if we use smooth brush inside Zbrush it will basicaly not just smoothing the surface till cleaning the scaned mesh, but also changing the shape of it.

    If anyone can give me some suggestions, information due to this issue, please share, even if it seems that (due to an actual test scenario) I solved it. But I can imagine that my issue could be generated by many sources. So please share if you meet or solved simmilar situations.

    I made some tests and this is an olready rendered out test image by Arnold in Maya after Zbrush cleaning, retopo + UV and substance baking maps from colormap:
