Difference between the Depth and Altitude Maps of an Ortho-projection?
Good day everyone,
I would like to know the difference between the depth and altitude maps of an ortho-projection, such as where the measurements are relative to. I have attached below what I think their difference is.
The red arrows show the direction of the ortho-projection (it is from the top in this figure). If I were to tilt the ground plane as shown in the figure, the altitude values of the model will remain unchanged because the altitude is measured perpendicular to the ground plane. On the other hand, the depth values will change because it is measured from the ground plane and anti-parallel to the direction of the ortho-projection. Is my understanding correct?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Its really a shame.. I've been experimenting with this ortho stuff and have always used the "depth" option.
And to add, the difference between the depth vs altitude is no where to be found on the documentation too. :(
Appreciate if someone from the team can shed light about this topic.
