    Hello John,

I am not sure what are you asking. What kind of inputs do you have? What is your desired result? What do you mean by "bias RC to that colour"? Is this specific colour important during meshing or texturing?

I am creating a 3D model of an anatomical feature with 6 DLSR cameras on a trigger, under essentially a close-too black light. I am having difficulty in capturing certain aspects (important for measurements) but feel that if I could bias RC toward that wavelength, the mesh created may be more accurate.

Unfortunately there is no such setting available in RealityCapture. If you are shooting RAW images maybe pre-processing the images in a RAW image editor could help the reconstruction.

Interesting idea...do you have a preference for RAW image editors?

There are couple you can try. They also should have time limited  trial versions: DxO Photolab, Adobe Lightroom, Capture One. There also some for free like RawTherapee or Darktable.
