Start button VS Align images button. Why different results?

Same photos, photos order and settings but different aligned results..Why????

Start button
Result components 2 , aligned 208/231 photos 

Align + Model Result component 1 , aligned photos 228/231

  Make sure to check your Start button settings please.
  They're located under Workflow tab - settings - start button
