calculateTexture CLI command with Optional Parameter

    So exploring this a little bit more I think there might be a bug as well as the feature request? It appears when you exit a scene that has one texture layer it switches from using All Texturing Layers to use geometry layer, then when you run the CLI commands for texturing its then stays set to use geometry layer only (even with two texture layers loaded in the scene!). I managed a work around by loading a global setting with RC set to use All Texturing Layers after I load the scene.

    That is a workaround for the issue (in case anyone else is having it) but was still annoying and needing the ability to load and save different settings for the calculateTexture command stands I think.
