Export animation camera position keyframes - Waypoint planning
I didn't find a way to export the camera positions of the animation created in RealityCapture. I'd be pretty happy if there was a way to do so.
The background: I am currently constructing a building in a city. The property to build on is rather small. The old building there was demolished. All the maps from the area of course are deprecated with regards to still having the old building drawn onto it.
So I flew once with a drone and captured the construction and a bit of the surroundings. I used RealityCapture to reconstruct a 3D model and was able to make sure that the 3D model exactly matches the map via ground control points. (So GPS coordinates are correct)
Now I'd like to abuse the animation function of RealityCapture to place many camera positions around the building. I want to export those (e.g. as JSON) and then import to DroneLink or similar software as waypoint plan for my drone. This way, I hope to be able to create an ideal flight path for a perfect 3d reconstruction in the next iteration despite the tight environment where an accuracy <2m is required for the drone to not hit other structures but still catch details of the new building. I further hope to have this setup that accurate that later on, I can create animations over time from images on how the construction developed. [Photos always taken from the same position].
The major problem for me right now: I can't export the camera positions (from animation) and copy & paste all the data for alle the virtual positions from the software is too tedious.
Btw. I'd also be happy if you could recommend me any software which is at best free or not too expensive (non commerical use) with which I can import the RealityCapture 3D model and plan my waypoints/camera positions at best with the camera preview working the same way as my drone (DJI Mavic Mini)
Best regards
