I can't texture the model

I have been using the usual process in reality Capture, first image alignment, then calculate model, and finally texturing, but since a few days when I finish calculating model, I can't texturize, it doesn't work, it doesn't do anything even if I press the icon texturing does nothing.
what's going on, can you help me?

  Hi Jose, is there something wrote in the console, when you click on texture icon? Does the application freeze? Is it possible just unwrap your model? Do you have set your inputs for texturing?

  Can you try clean install? Open RealityCapture with pushed SHIFT and then choose Make it like a clean install. Then try to texture your model again.
