Hi Freddy, what kind of laser scan did you use?

    Hi Ondrej,

I am using around 80 pictures for photogrammetry. I noticed that it works fine on my home computer. I click on Calculate Model and it works fine. On my work computer the click on Calculate Model does nothing. It is exactly the same project with the same files.

I contacted the support. If there is a solution, i will post it here.

Hi Freddy, then I will keep it to support.

Are the reconstruction settings the same for both projects?

    Hello Ondrej,

i think i found the problem. I noticed that my graphics card was not used correctly in Windows itself. While working at home, i could not use my HDMI output to use a screen. I couldn't open the nVidia control panel, because it said "You are not currently using a display attached to an Nvidia GPU". I updated the nVidia driver, then i could open the control panel, but there were no options available.
I did some google research, i changed the BIOS settings and deactivated the integrated graphic card. Now everything works fine. I didn't have to change the settings in RealityCapture. I think in the end it was a problem with Windows 10 itself. It seems to have problems with graphics and screens more often.

The settings for both projects was exactly the same. I did not change anything from the installation standard.
