Automatic clipping box and/or optimal origin

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to optimize the clipping box and define an origin based on the alignement.

  Hi Tomlogan50, there are just these option for clipping box:

  

  It could be created according the reconstruction region, which is created on the alignment.
