Extract parts of textured mesh based on what is visible in each image ?
I am trying to export a structured point cloud from RC for use in other software.
1.Is it possible to extract individual smaller meshes from the full textured mesh by reference to that what each camera sees ?
2.If so, can these sub-meshes each be converted to a structured point cloud using the camera location as a pseudo TLS scan location.
3.Using the time at which each photo was taken and knowing the camera positions, can a structured point cloud be created by combining all the point clouds created at 2.
4. I would imagine there will be a large number of duplicate/very close points generated. How might these be dealt with ?

this is not possible to be done in RealityCapture. You can divide the export to a parts or export model with the cameras but not in a way how you described.
