I do photogrammetric mapping and modeling, mainly for archaeological applications. For site mapping I use a Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS). For excavations I use Pole Aerial Photography (PAP). I set constant calibrations as indicated in this thread: https://support.capturingreality.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001358132-re-align-selected-images and it fixed the issue.

Try turning off textures in the Component>Camera poses.
